Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tampa design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
