Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Granite Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
