Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tampa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
