Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
