Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Union Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
