Silverline Loom Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
