Programme Coordinator - partner relations (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Summit Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
