Programme Coordinator - partner relations (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
