Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Spokane. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
