Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Savannah with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
