Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Savannah. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
