Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
