Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Jose, CA)

Summit Bright Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Jose caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
