Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Haven Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
