Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
