Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Diego working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience.
