Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
