Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Drift Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
