Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Ivory Civic Services supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
