Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
