Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
