Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
