Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
