Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Rochester supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
