Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 939 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
