Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Richmond presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
