Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Reno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
