Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Reno, NV)

Lumen Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
