Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
