Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Chicago. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
