Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Willow Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
