Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
