Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
