Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Miami. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
