Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
