Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Portland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
