Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Fernwood Stone Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
