Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
