Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
