Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
