Rivermark Willow Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
