Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Northwind Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Cincinnati with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
