Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Associates and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
