Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Clearpath Fox Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
