Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Jose, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
