Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
