Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
