Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Reno area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
