Ironwood Junction Housing Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
