Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
